As part of our Tech-Product organization, you will be responsible for an optimal user experience in all our products. You work closely with our customer management, engineering, product managers, business, and product owners. You are close to the customer, identify customer needs, and develop solutions based on behavior analysis and user surveys.
Your task is to create and optimize concepts to constantly improve the user experience as well as conversion and retention rates. To achieve this, you make use of analytic tools like Google Analytics, tools to research user behavior, BI, surveys, customer workshops, and user interviews. Together with our business and product owners, you will define a customer-centric roadmap. You design and prototype multiple ideas quickly, and connect regularly with customers to validate product directions.
It helps that you have a strong tech affinity and understanding of platforms, use cases, and technical processes. Your experience in working in agile environments paired with a pragmatic hands-on mentality pays right into that. You share your knowledge with other colleagues throughout the company and participate in our UI/UX Community of Practice.
